Previously two flats, this impressive house has been meticulously reconfigured and beautifully refurbished from top to bottom.

Audio Visual Systems
A centrally located Crestron iPod dock serves music around the home along with a Denon tuner for radio to every room in the house
Home Cinema
The basement snug is the perfect place for watching a movie, a Sony LED TV delivers the picture and a full 5.1 system from Bowers & Wilkins provides the audio. The room is controlled by a single Crestron handset which not only controls the TV but the lights and motorised blinds.
Lighting Control
A dedicated Crestron lighting control system is located in the basement of this property allowing the client to have "scenes" for every room in the house. Should they ever want to change these scenes then this can be done on any of the on-wall touchpanels.
Access Control
Olive designed an in-house solution for door entry. A standard call point is mounted by the front door and a custom built piece of software means that whenever the front door button is pressed all of the touchpanels ring and you can see who is at the front door and of course talk to them.
Security system
A CCTV camera mounted at the front and back of this property mean that all possible areas are covered and recorded onto a central hard drive. Should the client wish to then view these cameras they can bring them up on any of the touchpanels or even on an iPad away from the home.
